Project Insights
Spatial Logic & Flow
Spread across three levels, the house is carefully organized to accommodate five bedrooms, with additional spaces such as a private home cinema and gym discreetly integrated into the layout. Public and private areas are layered to support daily living, hosting, and retreat without overlap.
Living, dining, and lounge areas unfold as open and fluid spaces oriented toward the sea, extending naturally onto terraces and outdoor areas to create a seamless indoor–outdoor living experience.
Connection to the Beach & Views
Full-height glazing frames uninterrupted sea views and draws daylight deep into the interior. Upper-level bedrooms open onto private terraces, offering expansive views of the horizon and a heightened sense of privacy. Shaded planes and recessed façades soften the light throughout the day, ensuring calm, comfortable interiors.
Bespoke Elements
Bespoke joinery and integrated elements are carefully developed to support a seamless and composed interior experience. Custom storage, built-in furniture, and architectural details are designed as part of the overall spatial language, reinforcing clarity, functionality, and visual calm throughout the house.
Materials & Mood
Materials are used with restraint throughout the house, allowing quality, scale, and craftsmanship to define the character of the interiors. Marble surfaces and softly lit stone details create a serene, spa-like atmosphere, particularly within the private spaces.
Client Intent
The project responds to the client’s desire for a refined yet relaxed coastal lifestyle. The brief prioritizes generous living spaces that can seamlessly extend onto outdoor terraces, alongside private rooms and leisure areas that support both everyday use and hosting. Comfort, clarity, and a quiet sense of luxury guide the spatial organization, creating a home that feels both elevated and easy to inhabit.
