Project Insights
Spatial Logic & Flow
The layout is organized to support a clear and intuitive relationship between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, allowing everyday life to unfold effortlessly. Private spaces remain quietly separated while maintaining a strong sense of openness and spatial continuity throughout the home.
Connection to Garden & Daylight
Direct access to the garden strengthens the relationship between interior and exterior while allowing soft daylight to fill the living spaces throughout the day. Large openings create a seamless transition between the house and its private outdoor areas, naturally extending everyday living into the landscape.
Bespoke Elements
Integrated storage is conceived as part of the architecture rather than as standalone furniture. Wall surfaces and built-in joinery are finished in the same decorative coating, creating a seamless interior language that keeps the living spaces visually calm, uncluttered, and timeless.
Materials & Atmosphere
Materials were selected for their warmth, tactile quality, and timeless character. Warm neutral tones, natural wood, soft textiles, and restrained lighting establish a calm and inviting atmosphere that feels balanced, comfortable, and effortlessly refined.
Client Intent
The clients envisioned a peaceful family home that would offer a quiet retreat from city life while supporting the practical needs of everyday living. In response, the design combines intuitive planning, integrated storage, and a restrained material palette to create spaces that feel warm, functional, and naturally connected to the garden.
